On Saturday, March 23rd, 2014 at the Spring Suzuki Concert Brad Bohn, the director and owner of Temecula Conservatory announced the Youth Orchestra and Chamber Orchestra would be endeavoring to audition for and go to the Carnegie Hall Music Festival in New York City. The response to this news was overwhelming. Parents and students were very excited about the prospect of going to New York to compete in one of the most famous concert halls on earth.
With an immense amount of work and the addition of a third more advanced orchestra, the Chamber Orchestra, we succeeded in getting a Superior rating at our yearly orchestra competition at Disneyland in spring of 2017. We submitted the recording of this performance to the judges at the Carnegie Hall Music Festival and were accepted for the Spring of 2019! Both Youth Orchestra and Chamber Orchestra will be attending this amazing event. Good work teachers and students! Excellent job!
